Being the largest investment in culture made in the past few decades, Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra Concert Hall is a development project of exceptional significance for the city of Belgrade, the Republic of Serbia and the entire region. This is an extraordinary project whose ambition is to make a social, cultural and economic impact.

Its impressive location – an important, history laden place in the vicinity of The Palace of Serbia, at the very confluence of two great European rivers with a view of the preserved nature of the Veliko ratno ostrvo river island – has defined a starting point in our approach to this project.

Shoping Mall Delta Planet

New build shopping mall in Banja Luka, Republic of Srpska, comprising shops, restaurants, cinemas and other entertainment zones. Enclosed car park is provided on underground level.
The entire building is air conditioned and includes centralised cooling, heating and hot water systems.
All MEP systems are designed in 3D BIM software allowing for high level of coordination and accurate specifications.

Chinese Cultural Center

New build truly multi-functional center in Belgrade, Serbia, comprising public spaces like halls, galleries conference centers, different kind of work-shop spaces, then hotel rooms and private apartments. Two levels of underground car park are provided.
The entire building is air conditioned and includes centralised cooling, heating and hot water systems. In order to minimize energy consumption solar panels for production of hot water are provided on building roof.
All MEP systems are designed in 3D BIM software allowing for high level of coordination and accurate specifications.

Shopping Mall Delta Planet

Delta Planet is the largest shopping mall in Niš and the southern region of Serbia. The project incorporates a range of cutting-edge technical and technological solutions, including an advanced heat pump system.

Forte Bank Branch Office

Tunbridge Wells Museum

The design fulfils multiple heritage, council and funder aims, and includes full servicing complimented by energy benchmarking and 3D dynamic thermal modelling to enhance sustainability, comfort and commerciality.

Museum Apatin

New cooling plant serving existing office building “Inex” in Belgrade, Serbia. Cooling plant comprises three water cooled chillers with total cooling capacity of 4.4 MW. Hospital “Stefan visoki”

Refurbishment of the entire building of town general hospital “Stefan Visoki” in Smederevska Palanka, Serbia. The development incorporates centralised cooling and heating plant.
