EXPO 2027 Residential Complex

The complex is intended for the accommodation of participants during the special international exhibition “EXPO 2027”. The complex consists of seven construction plots on which 28 residential and commercial buildings have been designed. Each building is 7 floors high + ground floor and the underground car park.

Intended to be a new landmark of the Serbian capital and the tallest structure in the region, Belgrade Tower serves as the architectural and urban focal point of an ambitious redevelopment project along the right bank of the Sava River. Merging tradition with modernity, the tower takes inspiration from Belgrade’s rich heritage and the flowing Sava River, which is reflected in its materials and design. Rising over 168 meters with 42 floors, it dominates the skyline as an iconic symbol and a beacon of sophistication, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the city.

Inside, the tower is crafted with refined natural materials and a design that caters to various needs. Each floor is thoughtfully planned to provide an ideal balance of functionality and elegance, ensuring a seamless experience for both residents and visitors.

DOXS NKLN

The DOXS NKLN is being built on the Neuköllner Shipping Canal in Berlin: a former junkyard is being transformed into a “harbor of cultures”, which will benefit both future users and the neighborhood.

Instead of disposing of the existing crane facilities and burdening the environment with additional steel scrap, these witnesses of the local history are integrated into the architectural concept.

The ground floor and the 1. The upper floors form the base area, which opens on all sides with a transparent facade design and thus connects within and outside. This zone is intended for manufacturing, gastronomy, culture and a daycare center, uses that promote a living outdoor space. The floors above are mainly intended for office use with flexible work space units. In the head construction, a hostel will round off the mixed-use concept.

Green Park

A modern residential complex development will be built in the the north of Moscow in close proximity of VDNKh (Exhibition of Economic Achievements). A complex layout, which is composed of two multi-sectional L-shaped buildings with the number of stories varying from 11 to 18, with the spectacular facade solution.
The development incorporates centralised community heating with natural ventilation system.

Mixed-use development in Fish Island, London as part of the post-Olympics regeneration zone consented in 2015. It comprises 45 new homes, commercial areas for creative businesses and a new public realm with restaurant and terrace facilities all powered by central energy plant with combined heat and power (CHP).

This 4 star Hotel Indigo, a brand of InterContinental Hotel Group, is the first Indigo in Belgrade. This boutique hotel will feature a unique interior, reflecting Serbian tradition and will be located in the very heart of the capital, between Knez Mihailova and Cika Ljubina Street and will comprise 46 units.

Chinese Cultural Center

New build truly multi-functional center in Belgrade, Serbia, comprising public spaces like halls, galleries conference centers, different kind of work-shop spaces, then hotel rooms and private apartments. Two levels of underground car park are provided.
The entire building is air conditioned and includes centralised cooling, heating and hot water systems. In order to minimize energy consumption solar panels for production of hot water are provided on building roof.
All MEP systems are designed in 3D BIM software allowing for high level of coordination and accurate specifications.
